She was predeceased by: her parents, William Childers (Billy) and Ina Chavis Childers; and her brothers, William Childers, Jr. (Junebug) and Mark Childers. She is survived by: her husband Charles Gainey; her children, Shawn T. Weigman (Gary) and Chuck Gainey (Kristin); her grandchildren, Kimber Bryant (Nick), Garet Weigman (Jessi), Carson Gainey, Caden Gainey and Aaron Carter; her great grandchild Olivia; and her sister Elaine White (Joe). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
