She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Locklear and Louise McKay Locklear. She is survived by: her siblings, Delton R. Locklear (Sheila) and Debra Locklear Radwick; her nephew Michael Locklear (Monica); and her nieces, Frances L. Allen (Brad) and Crystal L. Beaman Scott. She is also survived by eight grandnieces; three grandnephews; four great grand nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery (6341 Oak Grove School Rd, Laurinburg, NC 28352).
