With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ann Reid Bennett of Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on May 20, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Reid and Audrey Tripp Reid; her husband Bobby G. Bennett; her son William Alan Bennett; and her brother Timothy Reid.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Timothy Bennett and Audrey Teal; and her friends, Carolyn Walker and Sarah Thompson. She is also survived by four great grandchildren and special friends.
