We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Mary Nichols Forester (Rockingham, North Carolina), born in Louisville, Mississippi. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James F. Nichols and Deloris Crowson Nichols; her husband Rev. Norvin E. Forester, Jr.; and her sister Frankie Patrick. She is survived by: her sons, Lt. Norvin Laird Forester (Amy Forester), Rev. William Jamieson "Jamie" Forester (Tracey) of Savannah and Richard "Randy" Forester (Amanda) of Lumberton; her grandchildren, Taylor Forester, Marine Corp, Kelsey Forester, Brooklynn Forester, Destinee Forester, Andrew Forester and Drake Martin; and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Criddle and Wayne Patrick. She is also survived by niece and two nephew.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Rockingham (201 N Randolph St, Rockingham, NC 28379). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
