She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Simmons and Ruth Burns Simmons; her husband James Thomas Webb; her siblings, Ronnie Simmons and Julia Currie; and her great grandchild Hayden "BamBam" Bataille.
She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Collins of Rockingham, Julie Locklear (Kim) and Kelly Webb of Rockingham; her grandchildren, Kenneth Sasser (Rebecca) of Hamlet, Heather Chappell of Rockingham, Hailey Bataille, Ashley Bataille (DJ) of Rockingham and Ethan Locklear (Sarah) of Ft. Benning, GA; her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Melody Sasser, Ella, Athena Brooks-Locklear and Avianna; and her brother Ray Simmons.
