It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Garris of Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on March 29, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisha Baxley and Josie Terry Baxley; her husband Reid Garris; and her daughter Gay Garris Rhyne. She is survived by: her son Kyle Garris (Paige) of Wilmington; and her grandchildren, Natalie Rhyne of Rockingham and Heath Rhyne of Rockingham. She is also survived by many friends and extended family.
