He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Adrell Cline, Sr. and Hazel Louise Broach Cline; his wife Alice Lundy Cline; and his siblings, Thomas Cline, Jr. and Kathy Cooper.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Cline; his grandchildren, Jullian Cline and Justus Cline; his stepchildren, Christine Wheeler (Harry) and Walter Lundy (Mike Parker); his stepgrandchildren, Amanda Wheeler, David Wheeler and April Wheeler; and his siblings, Darlene Webb (Steve), Dale Moss (Billy) and Michael Cline (Kim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Carter Funeral Home (705 S Caroline St, Rockingham, NC 28379). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home Colonial Chapel (705 S Caroline St, Rockingham, NC 28379). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at the Richmond County Memorial Park (1717 E Broad Ave, Rockingham, NC 28379).
