He was predeceased by: his mother Advila Black Millikan. He is survived by: his wife Rita Hudson Millikan; his children, Robert C. Millikan (Chandy) and Shannon Millikan (Bradley); his sister Kay Player (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Bryson, Grayson, Lawson and Zandy; his great grandchild Acelynn; his nephews, Robbie Player (Bridget) and Brannon Player (Brandi); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Robert Lewis, Kason, Kaidyn, Brextyn and Hayes.
