Dickens of Hamlet, Jennifer L. Hartel (Kevin) of Gibsonville, Jessica Lowery, Austin Trey Lowery of Rockingham and Ricky Lowery (Michelle) of Elizabeth City; and his siblings, Gloria Copeland of Union, SC, Trudy McCarter of Wilmington and Calvin Lowery of Chattanooga, TN. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
