He is survived by: his wife Mollie Mozingo Partin; his daughter Kim O'Neal (Jack); his daughter-in-law Kim Hall; his grandchildren, Jessica Stedman (Eric), Jack O'Neal, Jr., Trent Partin, Hayleigh Hamilton (Steven) and Katie Hobbs (Alden); his great grandchildren, Claire Stedman, Millie Stedman, Sophie O'Neal, Shiloh O'Neal, Emma Hamilton and Mollie Hobbs; and his siblings, Phil Partin, Jerry Partin (Kim Dunlap) and Brenda Hill (Steve).
