She is survived by: her mother Sarah Carter Parrish; her husband James Smith; her daughters, Hannah Michelle Stern (Daniel) and Kimberly Dawn Lopez (Angel); her sister Tracey Parrish; and her grandsons, William Christopher Smith, Nolan Curtis Hester and Julian Grey Lopez.
