He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Billie Jean Rummage and James Bobby Cooke Sr.; his former wife Julie Hewett Cooke; his children, Joshua, Scottie Cooke and Samantha Shives; his grandchildren, Lily Mae and Orion; and his siblings, Bobbie, Eddie, Annette and Deborah.
