He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rippy and Bertie Rippy; and his daughter Crystal (Bill Ward). He is survived by: his wife Lillie Fae Rippy; his children, Leslie Rippy Black (Alan) and Scott Edwin Rippy; his sister Judy Rippy Williams; his grandchildren, Wessley Hudtchcraft, Summer Holmes, Nathan Rippy, Tabatha Rippy, Jenna Rippy and Jordan Rippy; and his stepgrandchildren, Ciera Black and Cameron Black. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
