He was predeceased by: his parents, Lanny Ross and Joyce Ann Shumate Jacobs. He is survived by: his son Garrett Jacobs; his wife Tina Grant Jacobs; his daughter Sarah; his grandchildren, Harlow and Julian; and his siblings, Donna Derbes (Joe) and Dwayne Jacobs.
