He was predeceased by : his parents, William Russell and Mabel Russell; and his sister Cecilia Russell Herring. He is survived by : his siblings, Robbie Russell (Beverly), Joe Russell (Peggy) and Beverly Shephard (Jimmy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
