He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Hill Rutherford, Jr. and Zelia Catherine Huffstetler Rutherford. He is survived by: his wife Donna Fuller Rutherford; and his brother Ben Rutherford (Diann) of Casar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
