He is survived by: his son Timothy McDonald (Jennifer) of Midwest City, OK; his brother Allen McDonald (Linda) of Concord, NC; his grandsons, Scott McDonald of Midwest City, OK, Evan McDonald (Abby) of Portland, OR and Dylan McDonald of Midwest City, OK; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Allmon and Sue Kluttz.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Lower Stone Reformed Church (2405 Lower Stone Church Rd. Rockwell, NC 28138).
