We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Helen Lyerly Hoffner of Rockwell, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Lyerly and Clara Lyerly; her husband Jim Hoffner; and her brother Jimmy Lyerly. She is survived by: her children, Starla Summer (Neal), Jay Hoffner and Tonya Silbereisen (Andrew); her grandchildren, Kayla Hopkins (Mike), Kyle Summer (Jenna), Hanna Jonkheer, Sarah Jonkheer (Ethan Baucom) and Justin; and her great grandchildren, Brynlee, Wyatt Summer and Landon Hopkins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Organ Lutheran Church (1515 Organ Church Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
