She was predeceased by: her parents, James Alfred Brown and Walsie Elizabeth Billings Brown; and her husband Billy Z. Baker. She is survived by: her daughters, Monica Harwell (Scott) of Rockwell and Kimberly Elder (Bill) of Lakeland, FL. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
