He is survived by: his wife Vicki Kilpatrick (Cookie) of Rockwell, NC.; his children, Catherine Gillon (Dave), Jade Bittle (Todd) and Chase Kilpatrick (Loryn); his grandchildren, Grayson Kilpatrick, Keethen Wood, Olivia Bittle, Shephrd Bittle, Mason Kilpatrick, Griffin Kilpatrick, Millie Kilpatrick and Oakley Kilpatrick; and his siblings, Phillip Kilpatrick, Herbert Kilpatrick, Jeannie Staubus and Carol Lamb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
