She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Ellis and Wemba Ellis. She is survived by: her daughters, Sondra Merrifield of Rockwell and Robin Bodan of Salisbury; her grandchildren, Megan Beaver, Lauren Merrifield, Rachel Selbe, Jared Spidell, Jacob and Carley Bodan; her siblings, Diane Hyde (Marcus), Grant Ellis and Becky Fiandaca; and her husband John Spidell. She is also survived by six great- grandchildren.
