He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Andrew Raeburn and Geraldine Stanley Oreskovich; his stepparents, Al Oreskovich and Georgia Raeburn; and his brother Terry Raeburn.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Flannery Raeburn; his daughters, Brenda J Raeburn and Melissa Raeburn Fesperman (Alan); his brother Ronald Raeburn (Shirley); his grandchildren, Tory Wyatt, Noah Green, Warren Fesperman and Josie Fesperman; and his great grandchildren, Ravyn Lisk, Ava Lisk, Vayda Wyse and Lux Wyse.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Salisbury National Cemetery (501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144).
