He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight "Fuz" Fraley and Edith Fraley. He is survived by: his daughter Candace Agner (Troy); the mother of his children Kim Yost Fraley; and his siblings, Robert Fraley and Cindy Miller. He is also survived by many extended family members and countless friends.
