He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Grantham and Alice Margaret Monk Grantham. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Brantley Grantham; his daughter Josie Grantham Jones (Artie) of Littleton; his grandchildren, Anthony Nelson Jones (Makayla) of Roanoke Rapids and Brianna Jones (Logan) of Winterville; and his siblings, Margaret Grantham Murphy of Cary, Debbie Grantham Jackson (Blake) of Newton Grove, Rodney Grantham (Gail) of Clinton and Steve Grantham of Salemburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home (1130 N Winstead Ave, Rocky Mount, NC 27804). Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home (1130 N Winstead Ave, Rocky Mount, NC 27804).
