Lewis, Jr.; his cousin Mary Peek; his wife Yvonne Bell Lewis; his children, Arthur Walter Lewis, Jr. of Raleigh, NC and Dorothy Yvonne Lewis of Rocky Mount, NC; his grandchildren, Skylar Yvonne Gregg-Lewis and Randall Arthur Gregg-Lewis; and his siblings-in-law, Clarence Bell (Hazel), Margaret Hawkins, Jacqueline Pyatt, Linda Strickland (William), Catherine Bell, Patricia Bell, Joni Roan and Eila Lewis. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
