We announce the death of Bryan Boddie Hancock (Rocky Mount, North Carolina), who passed away on August 30, 2026, at the age of 72. Bryan will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Bunn Boddie and Betsy Bunting Boddie. She is survived by: her husband Mike Hancock; her daughters, Catherine Hancock Perry (Chuck) and Rebekah Hancock Conrad (Chris); her siblings, Mac McInnis (Mary Kay) and Anne Mosley (Michael); her brother-in-law Steve Hancock (Lisa); her nephews, Ryan McInnis (Meredith) and Nicholas Mosley (Katie); her niece Suzanna Mosley; her great-nephews, Atlas, Sterling McInnis and Carleton Mosley; her great-niece Sinclair Mosley; and her pets, Mickey and Nova.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Hancock Home (3641 Dortches Blvd, Rocky Mount, NC 27804).
