He is survived by: his son Roman Holzworth; his parents, Pete Holzworth and Mary Beth Holzworth of Rocky Mount; his siblings, Phillip (Kaylen Holzworth) of Greenville, Stephen Holzworth of Pinetops and Suzanne Peaden of Wilson; his nephews, Holden, Hudson Holzworth and Bennett Peaden; his niece Lohla Holzworth; his cousin Dr. Kem "KJ" Owens of South Carolina; and his friends, Lucy, Ashley and Julianna Pate. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
