He is survived by: his children, Charles Edward "Chuck" Mills, Jr. (Teresa), Randall Allen Mills, Sr. (Phoebe) and Kathy White (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Rochelle Clayborne (J. C.), Jordy Bridgers (Gordon), Kayla Mills, Morgan Edwards (Andrew), Nelson Mills, Brandon Shannonhouse (Leah), Justin Shannonhouse (Cessily), Katie Harding (Brandon), Megan Cratt (Evan) and Allen Mills. He is also survived by his 20 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and good friends.
