She is survived by: her son Haywood Hill; her son-in-law Horace Mizelle; her siblings, Thurman Herring, Needham Herring, J. D. Alphin, Jr., Kenneth Alphin, Gladys A. Taylor and Joyce Alphin; her daughter Linda Faye H. Mizelle of Rocky Mount; her grandchildren, Scott MIzelle of Rocky Mount and Christie Hutchins (Tim) of Clemmons; her great grandchildren, Chelsea Mizelle, Kylie Hair (Dylan) of Utah, Amber Brantley of Rocky Mount, Brittany Smith of Charlotte and Tyler Scott Mizelle of Greenville; her great great grandchildren, Avianna, Eden, River and Dany Murphy; and her siblings, Keith Alphin of Richlands, Ramona Tedder of Wilson and Janice Weeks of Kinston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
