She is survived by: her grandchildren, Chad Averette, Dustin Averette (Cecelia) and Haley Averette; her great grandchildren, Jaedin Averette and Elijah Averette; and her siblings, Bonnie Ray Leonard, Catherine Diane Bailey, Tim Leonard (Phyllis) and Jerry Leonard.
