He is survived by: his wife Janice Rose Clairmont; his daughters, Kimberly A. Gemberling (Paul) of Rocky Mount and Kelly C. Johnson (Travis) of Rocky Mount; his stepson Christopher Lee Woodruff (Jessica) of Roanoke Rapids; his granddaughters, Katelynn Gemberling and Adelyn Johnson; and his brother Glenn Clairmont (Lori) of Winston-Salem. He is also survived by his sister.
