He is survived by: his wife Elder Shirley Moore; his daughters, Jacqueline Sheridan of Jacksonville and Teresa Moore of Newark; his stepdaughters, Carol Moore Bryant of Rocky Mount, NC, Lavasha Coward, Tish Coward and Tera Coward of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Shortora Sheridan, Shemeka Mann Pittman (Jevonte) of Rocky Mount, NC, Kadajiah Barrett of Jacksonville, Ayanne Moore of Baltimore, Anika Moore, Latasis Moore of Newark and Sha Nantica Moore of Rocky Mount, NC; his siblings, Rosa Wiggins of Pikeville, Glenda Moore of Baltimore, Maryland, Betty Moore of Baltimore, Maryland, Allen Moore, John Moore of Baltimore, Kenny Moore of Rocky Mount, NC and Mike Moore of Raleigh, NC; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Tyson Smith and Al Battle; his close friends, Dwight Williams and Lil Lewis (Lewis Watson); Perry Smith.
