She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Taylor and Juanita Winstead Taylor; her siblings, Gladys Liles, Gail Weston and Joseph Taylor; and her daughter-in-law Erin Grist May.
She is survived by: her husband Clifton Ray May; her sons, Joseph Brian May of Fort Payne, AL and Daniel Keith May (Christy) of Rocky Mount; and her grandchildren, Brittany (Daniel), Hunter (Jessica) and Morgan. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
