He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Mullinax, Jr. and Lillie May Osment Mullinax; and his brother Junior Mullinax. He is survived by: his significant other Bettie Hayes; his children, Gina Mullinax, Jason Mullinax and Dustin Mullinax; his stepson Robert Brandon Hayes; and his siblings, Teresa Stanford (Jack) and Mickey Mullinax (Tammy). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
