She was predeceased by: her parents, William Nicholas Shagena and Mary Barnes Shagena; her husband William Grover Harrell; and her great grandchild Dylan Webb. She is survived by: her children, William "Bill" Roscoe Harrell of Rocky Mount, Leslie Wayne "Butch" Harrell (Mary) of Rocky Mount and Pam Harrell Pressley (Mike) of Elm City; her grandchildren, Wayne Harrell (Kim), Tracy Webb (Rodney Bailey) and Christy Roach (Johnny); her great grandchildren, Bradley Harrell, Megan Webb, Searra Harrell, Alec Webb (Autumn), Caroline Roach and Jacob Roach; and her great great grandchildren, Chandler Cone, Easton Edmondson, Kenleigh Edmondson and Paeden Webb.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Dora's memory to Oakdale Baptist Church, 13037 US 64 Alt., West Hwy., Rocky Mount, NC 27801.
