She was predeceased by: her husband Philip B. Williams; her son-in-law Phillip D. Skinner; and her half-siblings, Bernice Perry Pridgen, James M. Perry and Robert Floyd Perry, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis W. Rhea (Jimmie) of Rocky Mount, Brenda W. Skinner of Elm City and Susan W. Janko (Mike) of Shallotte; her half-brother Bill Harris of Louisburg; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Rhea (Lindsey), Krystle Wordsworth (Tim Gibbons) and Cody Skinner; and her great grandchildren, Sarah, Makayla, Logan Skinner, Saylor Poston, Faith, Timothy and Andrew Rhea.
