She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Noel Howard Winterholter and Opal Lucile Eddy Winterholter; and her husband Dr. David Loren Thompson. She is survived by: her children, Gina Thompson Eickhoff (Kyle), Karin Thompson Van Horn (Andrew) and Scott Thompson; and her grandchildren, David Henry Van Horn, Sophia Eridani Van Horn, William Alex Van Horn and Emily Anne Eickhoff. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
