It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Gray Eason Murray (Rocky Mount, North Carolina), who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Richard Eason and Belle Pridgen Eason; and her siblings, Donald Eason, Gordon Eason, Betty Wiggs and Rachel Poland.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Murray and Richard Murray; her granddaughters, Alyssa Rubin (Kris), Jessica Proctor and Victoria Proctor; her nieces, Kathy Medlin, Peggy Radford, Sudie Hawkins and Patricia Williams; and her caregivers, Shelly Rhodes and Debbie Stilley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
