He was predeceased by: his parents, Finley Ross Roache and Elizabeth Wicker Roache; and his siblings, Sandra Roache Neal, Stephen Roache, David Roache, Richard Roache and Byron Roache.

He is survived by: his wife Wanda Wilson Roache; his children, Michelle Roache DeFruscio (David) and Gene Roache; his grandchildren, Gary Roache (Rita), Wesley Roache, Natalie DeFruscio Bell (Parker) and David DeFruscio Jr.; his great grandchildren, Elsie and Eliza; and his sister Robin Roache Sink.
