He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Floyd Williams and Isabel Hart Williams; his grandparents, Henry Bryan Hart, Jr. and Mary Isabel Latimer Hart; and his siblings, Mary Jo Williams Wallace and John Thomas "Johnny" Williams.
He is survived by: his son Gary "Bryan" Williams, Jr. (Amber); his sisters, Isabel Hart W. Matthews and Rebecca Williams Riggins (Finton); and the mother of his child Dale Fitzgerald. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and good friends.
