He is survived by: his father Harold "Mike" Michaletz; his aunts and uncles, Jimmie Lewis (Eppie), Nancy Pridgen, Gene Lewis, John Lewis (Becky), Ray Lewis (Ida) and Leland Michaletz (Justine); and his close friend Jennifer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, special friends.
