It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hope Rogers Wooten (Rocky Mount, North Carolina), who passed away on July 21, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Arnold Rogers and Hildred Hatton Rogers; her husband Earl Dozier Wooten; her brothers, Robert Hatton Rogers and Henry Alton Rodgers; her mother-in-law Mary Dozier Wooten; and her granddaughter Judylynn Jean Zamber.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Earl "Robbie" Wooten (Sheila) of Raleigh, Richard "Rick" Alton Wooten (Judy) of Durham and Mary Lu Wooten of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Jeff Langston (Elysia), Michael Langston (Tiffiany), Bobby Jim Zamber and Lora Dodge (John); her great grandchildren, Regan, Madison Langston, McKenzie, Ariana, Asher Langston, Preston Campbell and Silas Dodge; and her sister-in-law Wilma Faye Moore Rogers. She is also survived by children of her late brother-in-law.
