She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Perkins and Lillian Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Bo Cascell; her children, Joey Cascell, Jr. (Holly) of Pinetops and Shonda Radford (Nate Smith) of Elm City; her grandchildren, Michael, Nathan, Grayson, Ryan and Cheyenne; and her brother Carl Perkins (Sue) of Grove City. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
