It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Jefferson Taylor Jr. of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, who passed away on July 13, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Jefferson, Sr. and Margaret Copeland Taylor; and his brother Charles Neil Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Parker Taylor; his children, Margie T. Cook (Bo) and Jack Jefferson Taylor, III (Cher); his siblings, Anita Bridgers and James Douglas Taylor (Billye); his grandchildren, Joshua A. Hill (Kylar), Jessica Hill Dunn (Adam) and Taylor Faith Davis; his great grandchildren, Bryce, Mason and Callan Dunn; and his nieces, Janet Terry Shannon Roland and Kari Ann Gundra.
