He was predeceased by: his father James Otis Westry. He is survived by: his close friend Vern Foreman; his children, James Foreman of Washington, DC, Donald Jones of Rocky Mount, NC, Jessica Roberts of Rocky Mount, NC, Christina Jones of Rocky Mount, NC and Kimberly Jones of Rocky Mount, NC; and his siblings, Albert Jenkins and Crystal Mays of Oak City, NC. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
Due to Covid-19, we are asking everyone that is planning to attend the Service or visit Hemby-Willoughby Mortuary it is mandatory that you wear a mask.
