He was predeceased by: his parents, William David Weaver and Bettie Langley Weaver; his wife Marie Barnes Weaver; and his siblings, Sallie Winstead, Lonnie Weaver, Bessie Winstead, David Weaver, Bobby Lee Weaver, Estelle Parker and Maggie Walston.
He is survived by: his children, Dale W. Flood (Don), Steve Allen Weaver and Betty W. Satterwhite (Chuck); his grandchildren, Lee Flood (Sara), Megan Turner (Jonathan), Molly Satterwhite, Cole Weaver, Bennett Satterwhite (Hunter), Stevie Jo Lumley (Tyler) and Macie Weaver (Lane Tyler); his great grandchildren, Ethan Flood, Aaron Flood, Spencer Turner, Levi Tyler, Lukas Tyler, Savannah Lumley, Ava Lumley, Laelynn Turner and Cora Flood; and his brother Paul Weaver. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
