He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Jasper and Maggie Cook; his siblings, Lou, Patricia, Gwendolyn and Charles; his parents, Joseph Delbert and Hattie Mercer Cook; his siblings, Vickey Cook and Ronnie Cook; and his grandparents, W. E. and Victoria Mercer. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews and other relatives.
