He is survived by: his fiancée Meghan J. Talbott of Whitakers; his mother Nancy B. Stroup (Scott) of Florence, SC; his sister Taylor Law (Drake) of Rocky Mount; his aunts, Amy Wright and Lynn Hendricks (Brad); his close friend Brandon Miles; and his pets, Koda, Samantha and Shadow.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Home of Taylor and Drake.
