She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Beaman and Jessie Beaman; and her siblings, Mary Elizabeth Beaman, Lucille B. Gardner, Rufus and Curtis Beaman.

She is survived by: her spouse Robbie Bennett of Rocky Mount; her stepdaughter Kristy B. Glover of Spring Hope; and her sister-in-law Susan B. Carrington of Rocky Mount. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
