Willoughby of Hackensack, NJ, Lewis Willoughby of Charlotte, NC, Lashawna Willoughby of Farmville, NC, Shameeka Willoughby of Farmville, NC and Allisa Marie Willoughby of Farmville, NC; and her siblings, Paula Ann Willoughby, Priscilla Gunter of Rocky Mount, NC and Antonio Gunter of Rocky Mount, NC.. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
